Bill Barr: The Cover-Up General

This is a guy who donated to Trump and was an interim appointment by Sessions. He’s a partner at Giuliani’s firm. This guy is #resistance now? Those investigations must be pretty bad.

Right. With all the above and the investigations continue there's got to be compelling evidence. mitch doesn't mind though.

Good thread on the Berman situation.

Seems like this series of events would get anybody fired.

“This guy stepped down.”

“No I didn’t.”

“Oh well the boss fired him.”

“No I didn’t.”

He should be getting a seven figure book deal.

Barr better have his pardon in place. There is a five year statute of limitations on his recent obstructions of justice.

This firing is a nonissue. Who cares.
Didn't Bill Clinton fire all the US Attorneys when he was elected.

Almost every POTUS does it AT THE BEGINNING of their term, not while they and many of their supporters are being investigated.

And none of the fucking liberal snowflakes complained on Twitter or Facebook when Clinton did it, the hypocrites!

This. Bring in your own people. Let them work. Fire them while investigating you? Sailor & silk abide.

Seems like an issue to fire the guy investigating you and try to replace him with a lawyer from your foreign bank right before SCOTUS rules on whether or not Congress can see your taxes.

The person who is replacing him is a career SDNY prosecutor. Trump is going to have to fire her next week as well.

US Attorneys serve at the pleasure of the President.

So, by some fuzzy logic, you should not fire someone you don't want??

While they’re investigating you?

You don’t think that’s problematic.

Law and order indeed.
