Bruh, first of all, it doesn't really matter because it's Billboard, nor should this be its own thread, but the position each week is weighted so total weeks =/= rank. No explanation for the weight and they may have retrofitted their calculations to make 21 number one, but it still could work out mathematically.

But we agree that it's stupid.
