Trump's new press secretary Kayleigh McEnany claims that "Under President Trump's leadership we have quickly developed the most expansive and accurate testing system in the world." Yet there is no standard, national testing system in the USA. According to the Washington Post "There is no national testing strategy, but rather a patchwork of programs administered by states with limited federal guidance." It appears that Trump has finally gotten a press secretary who really does live completely in his alternate world.
