Morning. Not motivated today. Supposed to remote in and work from home. Between the rain and the snuggling puppies, I'm having trouble getting out of bed.
 
I'm on my way in. I'm a little ill at the weather. I got up this morning for my run and it was pouring outside, so I figure I'll get it in after work. I sit down and start up the PS4 and it completely stops raining, and hasn't done more than a light drizzle since. But, it was too late for me to get anything of substance in before work.

It's supposed to be in the upper 60s this afternoon, so unless it's pouring, I'll get in a warm run this afternoon. WITH A GUN... I mean IN SHORTS.
 
One year a few years ago there was definitely a Santa tracker app that included images (I guess Google images) of whatever city Santa was in. Can't find it now - NORAD's app kinda sucks.
 
Just did Xmas with the Mrs. She surprised me with a new Maxus I had been wanting. She told me all month to have a low spending limit etc and boom. She freaking rocks.

Almost got in an accident this morning because the dipshit in front of me slammed on her brakes to avoid a squirrel. A fucking squirrel...
 
Every year at Christmas I tell myself I need to find a job that isn't in the payroll industry before next Christmas, so I can actually take time off at the holidays. Will be working all day today and Friday. Blech. So not motivated to deal with these projects today.

maybe it was the poor crippled squirrel that left a claw stuck in my parents' bird feeder yesterday... car should have put it out of its misery.
 
Also, she should know that we have no agreement with the squirrels, only the pigeons.
 
I wish every day was Christmas Eve! Traffic getting into work was a BREEZE this morning!
