This first day back at work has been less stressful than I'd anticipated.
 
I have a pretty strict no open bottle left behind policy in my house. Once that cork comes out it doesn't go back in.

This is where I'm probably at. I like the way you think.

Although before the last two weeks I did go about a month of not drinking beer on weekdays. Definitely seemed to cut down on my alcohol intake, which is good for marathon prep. Unfortunately that got destroyed once I headed back to NC for the holidays.

Gonna restart that today.
 
But i just posted #science, brasky, that showed those who run marathons are as healthy as those that do nothing; over-exertion and all being bad.

So why not sit and drink?
 
Brasky, you and your girlfriend that you just moved in with broke up? How is that possible? Where are you living now? When you went to rent the U-haul again to move your shit out, was the U-haul rental guy all like, "dude, seriously? already?"
