2+ years ago we were deep cleaning the house and throwing away anything we didn't use more than a few times a year. We started a noon on a Saturday. She started in the kitchen...OK guys...I am not joking when I say that she toked up so much that day that it wasn't until then next day(Sunday) at 6:00 AM (18 hours later!!!!) that she was done with the kitchen. She didn't sleep, I don't think she ate, she just blasted music for 18 hours, toked, and sat on the kitchen floor looking at old pots pans, cutlery, plates, etc.

I love her though. She's awesome. Super funny in ridiculous ways like that.

Any of y’all CTers been to Sunrise Biscuits in Chapel Hill? Went there this morning for a chicken biscuit and sweet tea to cap off my bachelor weekend.
 
No but based on the google machine it looks amazing. Looks like a higher quality Time-Out Chicken.

I was just thinking today that we need to reorganize our kitchen. However, I don’t believe that my wife has ever partaken in the herb of the earth and I doubt she wants to try now.

Time Out is good drunk food, unsure about sober. Chicken cheddar biscuit was legit.
 
Anybody here have any experience with ownership of beach rental property? The wife is pushing pretty hard for a condo at either topsail or cherry grove right now, but I’m not sure I want to deal with the headache.

Sunrise is great. Incidentally, that’s about a half mile from where Eve Carson was murdered.

Time-Out is kind of just a bunch of drunk people eating fried chicken.

Expect a headache. Don’t expect to make much money, if any. Expect the property manger or leasing company you use to be absolutely terrible.

Oh I mean if we break even and just vacation there occasionally and build the equity I’m cool with that but what how much of an overall pain in the ass is it?
