Yea, if it is a pretty solid company and you plan to be there a while, these ESPPs are great deals. You put away some money from every paycheck - that you won't even miss - at a discounted stock price. If you do it for a while, you get the advantage of dollar cost averaging, as the price goes up and down. Then, after a few years you suddenly have a nice stash of stock you can sell at a (hopefully) nice gain.
