Ticketmaster makes the ticket buying process so stressful. There's the countdown, which turns into the waiting room 10 minutes before on sale, then you get put in the waiting room at the on sale time. Then you put them in your cart quickly to rush to checkout before someone else grabs them.

Yeah, then they try to sell you insurance for your ticket, then they try to give you “free gifts” which is just then trying to trick you into paying for some bullshit you don’t want

kinda crazy that for a ticket order that was over $300 inclusive of fees that there's only like 3 bucks of taxes. but do love that fees add up to more than a quarter of the $80 face value.

I wonder if there are any publicly owned large concert venues that don't partner with them. the smaller independent ones can get away with it. but are there any arenas in the country that don't have Live Nation/TM?
