Having people in my house that can’t dress themselves tends to cut into my work out time as does an hour commute. But really the issue is eating and drinking habits, it’s just easier to blame things outside of my control.

I feel you on the kids part. I don't work out at 4 or 5 am because that's my favorite time to work out.

I went to the gym 3 times a week all of July and august and lost a whopping 5 lbs. Then in September because of surgery is wasn’t able to go to the gym for three week but I had only 4 drinks the entire month and lost 11 lbs.
 
the real question is how many times has mako tried on his costume just to make sure it fits or to see how it looks?

That wasn’t a complaint. That was a wow am I missing something. There are literally 50 examples of me complaining and Dr. Nick over here finds the one thing that isn’t a complaint.
