I do know who Carol Burnett is but maybe, MAYBE, 20% of my generation could say the same thing. That's like asking us to identify Archie Bunker. We probably know George Jefferson a little better, but that's because he made a lot of guest appearances on 90's TV shows.

Probably because TV Land started airing original shows and stuff from the 90's instead of the 50's, 60's, and 70's stuff it was originally made for.
