Seriously though, the first Expendables was SO bad I turned it off about 40 minutes in. This one I'm sure will be even worse.
 
I loved the Expendables.

This sold me:

Of course the first Expendables was bad. The only reason anyone goes and sees these movies is because they are throwbacks to the violent, vulgar action movies of the 80's. Who wants to go see an Expendables without Terry Crews blowing away fools with his Big Fucking Gun? You have all of the worlds biggest badasses in one movie, and you're going to have them censor themselves cause of one guy who is offended by language? Wow, just strikes me as bizarre.
 
i mean, the swearing in the movies of the 80s was nowhere near the levels of the first Expendables. at some point it just becomes superfluous. All i remember from that movie were the ridiculous explosions. and rolling my eyes
 
Reminds me of when they show movies like Casino, Colors, Good Felllas, Pulp Fiction, or Boondock Saints on broadcast TV.

What I remember from the first one was the violence, not the swearing. If the sequel is PG13, then they cut down big time on the violence.
