After reading this thread, I haven't reached an opinion as to whether I believe that Craig James killed five hookers at SMU or not... There is certainly the possibility that Craig James killed five hookers at SMU, but there is also a chance that the statement "Craig James killed five hookers at SMU" is untrue. I suppose only time will tell if Craig James killed five hookers at SMU.

SMU's rise to power and abrupt fall seem to indicate a certain type of black magic. It is no secret, at least for those that have seen any movies, that when you gain by black magic, you also have to pay back, usually five fold. That Craig James killed five hookers as an offering to the demonic forces in order to further his own career and that of his teams means that the resulting tragedies (SMU death penalty, Craig James son at TTU, general Craig James hatred) were simply payback due to these same evils.

Craig James made a deal with the devil, and therefore, based on my knowledge of the evil offerings, it seems that, at a minimum, Craig James killed five hookers.
