Who cares anymore? Until we get rid of this bottom feeder coach, I'll be fairly disengaged like many of you...even though we care about the school and the program. It's just sad.

Speaking of this, does anyone still have that photo of Bzzz crashing the train with Dino and Wellman in it? I think someone posted it on DS before that site went to hell.

Sportsbook has this thing listed as Duke giving 17.5, with the O/U at 148.

That is "Section2mankini". It could be a parody but picking us to win on the road against Duke is just the kind of thing you expect from the real Section 8, I mean Section 2.

Currently, 93% think it will be a double digit loss...

I guess they're thinking something like 83-65 or thereabouts. Normally I'd say that sounds about right, but with CMM potentially limited (either partially or in full) and Duke coming off a loss, 17.5 seems a bit low honestly.

Quick recap of last year's game @ #1 Duke (1/5/13)... we lost 80-62.

Duke didn't hit a 2 point basket until 11 minutes into the game... they rained 3s on us early and often. First 7 FG were 3 pointers... ended up 11-24 for the game. I guess this was before our elite 3 point defense really took shape.

They were up by nearly 20 points in the first half before we scored a bit to cut it to 9 at halftime. Duke routed us to start the 2nd half... lead was 20+ for much of the 2nd half. We cut it to 18 by the end of the game... wasn't really that close, though.

We had 19 turnovers and only 23 field goals.

Travis McKie had 22pts, 11reb
Devin Thomas had 12reb
CJ Harris had 19pts

No reason to expect anything different this year, though their personnel is different. Kelly torched us last year before fouling out. He and Curry each had 22pts.

Rest up Codi.....same thing for Devin, McKie, and Moto. Just start Madison, Tree, Washington, Williams, and Cav. Bring Ovaltine in for instant offense.

If they actually did it, it'd be the first funny, non-lame thing they've done in years. So, in summary, no way they actually do it.

that makes no sense for them to do that. But i really hope they do, it would be a really nice gesture to our fan base.

I was not planning to waste my time watching this game. But I gotta see this!

It's what should be happening at every home game we play. The problem is that most of the people who really care about our basketball program no longer attend.
