That picture crops the kid's face because it's not fair to drag him into it. The actual picture was clearly a selfie to include the kid although the kid wasn't posing. The next to last comment suggests he was fine with the responses.

You don't think somebody should get fired for posting a picture of a co-worker's kid on Facebook and allowing his friends to make derogatory comments before doing so himself?

I know you'd be pissed if a picture of your kid and offensive comments went viral. Would you tell the kid's mom to just laugh it off?

Oh, and I'd gladly pay for the tax increase that such a cost would inevitably occur.
 
That would lead to a huge increase in home schooling.
 
They want the military to guard our schools yet call out their own militias when the military performs training exercises.
