Hard for me to decide on favorite minor P&R character. Both Jean Ralphio and Perd Hapley crack me up every time they are on screen

I'd say Lil' Sebastian but he's a major character.

Those two top my list. I'll add Brandi Maxxx, the uptight censorship lady, Sewer Joe, the animal control guys, Joan Callamezzo, and The Douche.

No doubt. There are tons of other hilarious characters I didn't even mention. Heck, I forgot Tammy #1, Detlef Schrempf, April's creepy guy friend, April's sister, Dennis Feinstein, pretty much anybody who says anything at a town council meeting, and Councilman Jamm.
