Favorite Scene in the movie "Heat"

Can't forget DeNiro staring down his girlfriend and walking out on her without saying a goddamn word. Just like he told Val.

It's either that, or we better find something else to do.

Opening truck robbery scene is great. So is Deniro's crew luring the LAPD into the shipyard so they can identify who is investigating them, and Pacino realizing it.

My heart was pounding in my chest leading up to the robbery shoot out the first time I saw it. Fantastic suspense building.

It may not feel as epic now but it was epic back in 95. Another great scene, at least at the time, was when they moved to off Waingro and they revealed the plastic lined car trunk. Foreshadowing that "this crew is good." Except they f'ed it up.

A little off topic but it was just announced that Martin Scorcese will direct a new movie starring De Niro, Pacino and Pesci.
