Skins could def use a Santana Moss replacement at slot. Sort of doubt they draft him where he's projected with all the other needs though.

The Panthers need a deep threat and probably wouldn't use a pick before the 5th round on a slot receiver... Someone is gonna get a steal in the 3-4 rd with Camp
 
The teams that look at his injury history will see him as a 5th rounder. Those who look at his speed and production might see him as a late 3rd rounder. All he needs is one team to fall in love with him. The Green Bay Packers were the only team that saw Sid Kitson as a 3rd rounder, and that's where he went in the '80 draft.
