Punishing kids because their parents are poor is pretty core Republican doctrine. Same as rewarding kids because their parents are rich.

This guy is a moron. Maybe he should figure out how to make policies that reduce the number of constituents that need free lunch.

What happens when the people teaching a man to fish want better pay and form unions?

Which standardized tests do you prefer to assess fishing? How about online fishing education? You a fan?

Get out of here with that BS. If you're going to talk about teaching a man how to fish empower the people doing it.
