I changed it to the "King" mafia game and told everyone the guards' voting restrictions because I am a dumb dumb.

I think the biggest problem is too many moving parts. When you have that much going on, it is very easy to forget about a notification or a power that takes place a round later, etc. Hell, Gooner forgot to tell me I was RB'd Day 1, and there was hardly any night actions in this game.
