The regulars of Smidge's Bar have gathered for the nightly brews and everyone is in high spirits. However tonight ALE has stopped in undercover to make sure patrons are not getting too drunk. Only the bartender (Gov) can save a regular from being kicked out the bar by other regulars.

There is a Serial killer on the loose- his name is the Blackout.

All players can be recruited (this includes bartender and SK) the town will be notified once a recruit has been picked.

With the way it says "has been picked" as if it were to only happen once, means this is probably right.
