Hearthstone Thread FTMFW - 4/7 Ashes of Outland release - New Demon Hunter class!

Yeah from a data mining perspective, that's a brilliant idea. I think it's cool how Blizzard has used Tavern Brawls as a way to publicly test some things.
 
I'm gonna jinx it with this post, but I just drafted a mage deck that has:

9 mechs (including sneed's old shredder, mimiron's head, sn1p-sn4p)
giggling inventor (more mechs)
Cairne
1 Burly Shovelfist
1 each of conjurers, frostbolt, flamestrike, firelands, power of creation

If I don't get 7 wins, or get 1 mimiron to go off, i'll be disappointed.

arena meta just switched to new set. I always find its really easy to play aggro early on as people are figuring out the meta. just a tip.
 
Zephyr looks insanely good. The only question is whether you can build a singleton deck that’s viable. If so, he’s gonna be ridiculous.
 
I'm excited to try Zephyr in some Wild Reno decks.

Also, Even Shaman got some massive support. I'll probably ride that deck for the first couple days.

I opened 146 packs and didn't have great luck.

I got the hunter quest as my freebie and then Armagedillo as my pre-order bonus.

I unpacked 69 packs, heh.

5 Legendaries, 18 Epics, 5 Golden Rares, 5 Golden Commons, and 2,195 dust.

Golden shaman minion as my preorder golden.

Opened around 87 packs:

I bought both preorders (133 packs) and then got 60 packs with gold.

I had one double legendary pack: Priest quest and Zephrys

I also ended up with the following legendaries.

Druid:
Elise the Enlightened

Sir Finley of the Sands

Priest:
Activate the Obelist (quest)
High Priest Amet

Overall, I'm very happy with this haul. I already crafted the Druid quest because that seems pretty fun. Last time the quests came around I think I only got 3 so it's pretty exciting to have almost all of them this time.
 
I got decimated in a new way tonight. A Hunter played Charging Rhino and 5(!) Dire-Frenzied Timber Wolves for a 47 damage OTK.
 
Rogue already broken in arena with the best hero power.
Devs: Lets give them the best 1 drop in arena.
