A Syrian refugee is in police custody charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl at a Massachusetts swimming pool just weeks after arriving in the country.

Emad Hasso, of Lowell, has pleaded not guilty to one count of indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 16.

The 22-year-old is accused of approaching the schoolgirl at the city's Raymond Lord Memorial Pool on Thursday, placing his hand on her upper thigh and asking what age she is.

When she told him she was too young for her and tried to move away, he is said to have followed her, repeatedly asking for her age.

She eventually responded by stressing that she was a 'little kid', adding: 'Leave me alone'.

A lifeguard who witnessed the alleged exchange between the two then intervened.

Last week in a secret police report detailing escalating sex crimes by immigrants at public swimming baths across Germany was leaked in Dusseldorf where its authenticity was confirmed by authorities.

The internal report was issued for officers of the Criminal Commisariat 12 - responsible for sex crimes and missing persons - and stated: 'The K12 can confirm a surge in sex crimes at these establishments.

'In particular rape and the sexual abuse of children in bathing establishments have given us grave cauve for concern. The perpetrators are, for the most part, immigrants.'

The fighting may have stemmed from an argument over whether Christian or Muslim children had priority to pass through a street, the English-language site Ahram Online reported. The attack came months after an armed Muslim mob stripped an elderly Christian woman and paraded her naked on the streets while looting and torching seven Christian homes in the same area, security officials said.
 
Popular Pakistani model killed by her brother in honor killing
The brother of slain Pakistani model Qandeel Baloch on Sunday confessed to strangling her for "family honor" because she posted "shameful" pictures on Facebook.

Baloch, who had become a social media celebrity in recent months, stirred controversy by posting pictures online taken with a prominent Muslim cleric. She was found dead on Saturday at her family home in the central city of Multan.

Police arrested her brother, Waseem Azeem, and presented him before the media in Multan, where he confessed to killing her. He said people had taunted him over the photos and that he found the social embarrassment unbearable.

"I was determined either to kill myself or kill her," Azeem told The Associated Press as he was being led away.

He said that even though Baloch was the main breadwinner for the family, he slipped her sedatives the night before and then strangled her in her sleep.

"Money matters, but family honor is more important," said Azeem.

Nearly 1,000 women are murdered in Pakistan each year for violating conservative norms on love, marriage and public behavior. The so-called "honor killings" are often carried out by family members.

Such killings are considered murder. But Islamic law in Pakistan allows a murder victim's family to pardon the killer, which often allows those convicted of honor killings to escape punishment.

Being reported they were screaming "Allahu Akbar"- usually a solid tip off it's was radical Islam inspired. Can never rule out it's an upset gay man instead though.

Should French women and little girls learn to be more respectful of the culture the immigrants bring with them and start to dress more modestly? Isn't that how cultural enrichment works? If you have a problem with this you're probably racist.

Videos have emerged online that appear to show Syrian rebels taunting and then beheading a boy they say is a captured Palestinian pro-government fighter.

One video shows five men posing with the frightened child, who could be as young as 10, in the back of a truck. One of the men grips him by the hair.

The same man is later filmed apparently cutting the boy's head off.

I have to ask, WTF are we doing and where is our lap dog media? Why are they not educating the American public about the fanatics we are supporting in Syria? It reminds me of Afghanistan all over again. The only relatively sane allies we have in the region are the Kurdish YPG, who Erdogan and the Turks despise.

North African Footballers Sent Home From Tournament After Molesting Teen Girls
A North African football team has been sent home from the Gothia World Youth Cup tournament in Sweden after members sexually assaulted three teenagers at the event’s opening ceremony.

At the opening ceremony of the Gothia Cup on Monday, a gang of North African men surrounded and groped three 16 year old girls. Police arrested the team’s 35 year old manager for sexual assault.

Events unfolded when, outside Ullevi stadium in Gothenburg, a group of between 30 and 40 men from a North African football team asked the girls if they could take photographs with them.

Swedish media outlet SVT reported that the group then began surrounding the three teens, groping them and trying to put their hands under the girls’ clothes.

The mother of one of the alleged victims said the men “kissed [the girls], and the grown man shoved his tongue in my daughter’s mouth”. She said the teens then panicked and tried to protect themselves.

Police arrived to stop the sexual assaults after hearing the girls’ cries for help, and arrested the club’s 35-year-old manager. Police did not arrest any of the teenagers for the attacks because it would have been too difficult for the girls to have identified which of them were responsible. The tournament’s organisers chose to dismiss the team from the competition.

Gothia Cup’s founder and secretary general, Dennis Andersson, said that after meeting with the foreign team they were “very remorseful” about the attacks and that the men admitted that they knew what they did was wrong.

Noting that such attacks had never happened before at the tournament, which is the world’s largest and most international youth football competition. Mr. Andersson indicated that the Gothia Cup would take a stand against the issue of sexual harassment at next year’s tournament.

He said: “I have already started thinking about the future. Gothia Cup should be at the forefront of the question of stopping stuff like [sexual assaults].
