1. This petition is especially dumb. Especially since just about every one of Richard's suggestions (other than Walcott) is firmly canonical. Just not foundational. There is a reason we read the OWGs, petitioners. A call to further diversify the canon is not at all the same as a call to cull the OWGs.

2. When you're losing the English faculty as allies, you're probably on your own.
