Eh, just read that he he is coming off the PUP list. He had a stem cell procedure on his knees from his hip. Interesting.

We also signed another CB and cut an LB. The secondary is so fucking thin.
 
Alphonso just called out in not such a good way...then beaten again and called for a horse-collar...not good.

Why do they have him matched up with a pro bowl caliber receiver?
 
Alphonso is like a poor mans Asante Samuel. If you watch Brandon Marshall he makes a double move or a simple head fake and Alphonso bites on it trying to jump the route. It worked with college receivers because you have time to recover but not with the speed and strength in the NFL.
 
Well this is depressing. I want him to succeed so much, but he probably won't last a week at this rate.
