Here is the table for the relationship between alcohol level and the risk of a crash from the article above.
Note that the crash risk at 0.08 (not accumulated risk > 0.08) is around 4 times that of no alcohol.
There seems to be a steady increase in risk, not a sudden jump at 0.12 as suggested above.
