Wifey just left to pick up cookout shakes for poor sick hubby. Was gonna grill ribeyes but woke up sick as a dog.

Spinach, pine nuts, raisins, provolone, onion, garlic, nutmeg, salt and pepper. It's in our "grill this, not that" book.

Steaks, peppers stuffed with goat cheese, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, and corn.

2 racks of ribs, smoked sausage, corn on the cobb, mashed potatoes, and a salad...and a few dozen brewskies...
