Men's Golf: We just signed a rising 9th Grader

finally some wake grads produced some successful athletes. nice job.

With the recruiting class we have coming in this fall, we were gonna be stuck with him for at least a few more anyway.

We are freaking loaded for the next few years.

Two current Deacs cruising in the first match play round of the US Am.

Sophomore Will Zalatoris qualified out of the medal round, and just won his first round match 5 and 4.
Incoming frosh Cameron Young also qualified out of the medal round and he leads his first round match 3 up through 12.

Having two players in the final 32 of the US am is a very good sign for next year's team.

Young just won 3 and 2.... Two Deacs in the Final 32. Think that they play both the 2nd and 3rd round tomorrow.

Needs to be appreciated that Young knocked out last year's US Amateur champ today.

Jay & Bill Haas say hello. Rodney Rogers says hello, we just didn't take a chance and sign his daughters who are both playing bball in the ACC.
