Our men's tennis team is currently ranked 24th in the country, figured they deserved a thread to track their postseason play.

ACC Tournament is this weekend. Set up just like basketball, which is pretty cool. First round was yesterday, quarterfinals are today, semis tomorrow, final on Sunday.

We are the 3 seed. 6 seed Virginia Tech beat 11 seed Boston College yesterday, so we face the Hokies this afternoon. Would likely get Duke in the semis. In the regular season, we beat Virginia Tech 5-2, and lost to Duke 7-0.

Virginia, one of the national title favorites, just demolished Carolina in the first quarterfinal. Clemson and NC State are in a predictably more competitive 4/5 match right now.

NCAA Tournament (which refreshingly has 64 teams instead of 68), starts 2 weeks from today.

Really good win for the 3rd seed deacs today against vt. They play 2 seed duke tomorrow at 1pm in Cary. Wake has a deep team and they're fun to watch.

Tennis is back on the upswing. I know women's is struggling right now, but with the way they have been recruiting, I expect a big jump up soon.

Had a chance to steal the doubles point, but Duke pulled it out. Would be a huge upset if we came back and won at this point. Still, Saturday of the ACCT is pretty solid. Great win yesterday, with some big contribution from freshmen.

Deacs are in this. Down 3-2, but up in the last two matches!

third set tiebreak to decide the winner. go deacs

WakeMTennis Prabhakar takes a 3-0 lead in the deciding third set tiebreak thanks to Redlicki being overruled for the third tome

Most insane comeback in the history of tennis comebacks?

Down 3-0 to a team that beat us 7-0 earlier this year.

We're up 3-0 in the 3rd set tiebreak at #3...

damn these tennisers are some cheaters. three times overruled?

unbelievable in that we lost to these guys in our ACC opener 7-0. Duke has nothing but blue chip rated players, they rank in the top ten in the country, and we could win this!

winner winner chicken dinner. good job deacs. take down the cavs tomorrow.

Done!
