Coaching stinks. Forbes is good at getting portal guys, but poor at actual coaching.

There are definitely issues across the board re: coaching, but the biggest issue I see (other than some bizarre mental lapses that last for way too long) is on the defensive end. Whoever is responsible for our overall defensive strategy needs a lashing.
