Official 2012-2013 NBA Season postmortem

exclusiveclothes must be disappointed.

Hey but Memphis was down 0-2 to the Clips. Newsflash, the Spurs are not the Clips.

Thank God for the contribution of TMac. Without him, it might have been another story.

HAHAHA.

A complete line change in the first quarter, an extra period, and still not a second played by McGrady. #ImportantMinutes

Clearly, this is good news for a lot of NBA teams in need of a center, not just Oden. Although he has played just 82 career games after being drafted ahead of Kevin Durant in 2007 and has been out of the league for almost four years, he will still be just 25 years of age until midway through the season.

Oden hopes to make a return to the NBA in 2013-2014 for one final try at resurrecting a disappointing career as of now. As the days go on and the news continues, it seems like it is more and more promising that the former number one pick may be able to make a return to the association, this time to stay.

There were at 3-6 plays that Randolph either didn't get back on D or got back very late. He plays hard when he wants to then loafs and cries.

It's pretty clear that the Spurs picked up T-Mac simply because he's better than your typical 13th man scrub, right? On the off chance that a triple OT game happens where everyone's fouled out, T-Mac may be able to take it to Jon Leuer!

And this is a stretch. I'm not actually sure T-Mac is a better player than Jon Leuer* right now.

*Sorry, Jon.

If the Spurs do sweep this series they'll be off for 10 days, since the finals start on June 6th no matter what. The only upside to that is that if they play the Heat, it starts in Miami so they don't have to defend home court after a big layoff.

Hollins' rant against basketball metrics after they hired Hollinger was pretty hilarious though.

He really doesn't have a clue when it comes to some of the modern strategies in basketball, and he runs out the most ridiculous lineups.

Kawhi Leonard is very quietly having a breakout playoff season at only 21. He's averaging 13.2/8.2/1.2 steals, 55.6% from the field while playing the toughest guy on the opposition on defense at three positions.

The way his three point shooting is improving it's possible he could become a SG in a year or two. He can play almost any of the better ones on D as it is.

I wonder if anyone would take Blair and the Spurs 1st Rounder to move up to 10-15.

Didn't think the Spurs had a chance to sweep the Grizzlies before this series began and now it's a real possibility.

I hope Duncan's divorce fuels him to win ring #5.
