Gee what a surprise - Betros and Haynes are in together and we get gauged right up the middle for a long run AGAIN. Of course it doesn't help when your safety (Quarles) constantly runs himself right out of position.
 
The defense can only cover up for the complete fuck up of our OL coach and OC. We had the field turned and a couple of first downs would have been huge, but poor play calling and inept OL play cost us. There is no way we can continue to hold out against that. Poor JG is just loyalty blind.
 
you can only ask so much of the defense. at some point the offense had to do something and they have just been eating nut sack all night.
 
No Olsen has really hurt on defense. The defense held in the 3rd quarter, but the offense got Lobo-ed.

The powers that be at Wake Forest have just decided our football program isn't going to win games by "scoring points". That's just not the Wake Forest way.

Quarles is a good undersized LB.

when did our o-line decide they felt like getting manhandled?
 
What the hell was that, Tanner? I like you getting rid of the ball fast, but there wasn't really anyone around you there.
