That sort of comes along with being a good team, though. The quirks of scheduling in the NFL mean that good teams play other good teams, which makes it harder to stay good over a period of years. One of the reasons the Pats, for example, have to play in goddamn fucking Denver again this year, and why we've played them and Indianapolis 37264910 times over the past decade.
 
Yeah, I didn't mean that to be a complaint. I at least knew going in we probably weren't going to be the 1 seed again. I'd be pretty surprised if the NFC North winner isn't it when all is said and done.

Mike Zimmer is really, really good. Panthers outgained MIN 205-35 in the first half yday and we were only up 2

Nope you just need to step back and appreciate the genius that is Belichick its not easy staying on top and he just wins. Buckets will say cheating but he just a jealous panthers loosah.

That game was extremely frustrating. The Giants controlled the entire game and then blew it due to bad playcalling in the 2nd and 3rd quarters (insisting on running it every first down), and Eli trying to force it to non-essential players on 2 of the last 3 drives. In those situations, the only targets should be ODB, Shepherd, and Cruz. Fuck trying to get it to Will Tye, Shane Vareen, and Larry Donnell. Get the ball to the playmakers, not the fringe guys. Tye wasn't even looking for the ball on his pick.
 
Yeah, Tye shouldn't have thrown that pick. Dumb move on his part. Not an elite level play at all.
 
Washington kicked 5 field goals. They easily could've scored more. NYG hardly gave the game away

No, Washington couldn't have scored more because they stink. And I know, what does that make us for giving a game away to a team that stinks? Hopefully still Super Bowl bound. But they still stink.
 
To be an Eagles fan you must have entered Philly at least once every two years for the last 10 years. Townie is our Eagles fan and Philly knowledge poster.
