Are they saying it was dangerous play on the overhead kick/cross?

No chance there was offside there
 
No, they are saying it was offsides. Dr. Joe came on and said it was an interesting decision but assumed the first header was offsides since the GK was so far out.
 
I went back and looked, I think they are calling him offsides from when the original GK punch happened.
 


Saying his foot is behind GK so only one player behind him. I suppose.
 
Adding that if it’s going to be called that tight with this “new technology” god help us because you are talking not really visible to the human eye offsides.
