OOOOOOPPPPPPSSSSSS! Trumpettes got played!

Certainly the two libertarian-voting posters I called out are not referring to being more progressive. I took jhmd's caterwauling over the past about lessons to be learned to mean a move to the right and abandonment of liberal values to appeal to white Midwesterners who lost their jobs, and point to their recent success in state elections as some kind of proof the country is more conservative than we dems think.

You were close, but you don't have to abandon your values. Just try to figure out why independent voters don't believe you to execute on them. Figure out why millions of Obama voters tuned you out.

Strick is right, btw. Bernie was a better candidate. It is not about what you say, but how you say it.
I will spoil it for you: you guys are insufferable nags. Nobody believes what you believe about yourselves. Put a fork in the hero act and talk to people like wake n bake, rather than phdeac.

Hmmm ok. I think millions of Obama voters tuned out Hillary for the very reasons I stated, she was a shitty and uninspirational messenger for the same platform they turned out in droves for when an exceptional messenger delivered it.

From the NPR link:

◾Trump has paid for the majority, but not all, of his presidential campaign out of his own pocket. Trump's self-funding accounts for 72 percent of his campaign spending so far ($45.7 million in campaign loans and $63.3 million in expenditures as of May 31). Trump raised the remainder from mostly small donors

She was a shrill fraud. Bernie, by stark contrast, was a genuine article.
I swear to God you all have the better sounding message ("It's the other guy's fault, so here's some free shit!"); how do you ever lose?
A: you are insufferable nags. Put this way, by Democrat standards, wake n bake us downright charming.

I agree and loved Bernie to death. I'm just not sure the plant workers whom I work with in Wisconsin were going to get past the word socialism.

And your characterization of "other guys fault here's free stuff" still tickles me to death, especially echoing through the silence of no trickle. But touché, your con is still paying dividends...to 1%

I distinctly remember a thread on these hallowed pages about the perils of smug, white liberalism. It's not the hypocrisy of floating seamlessly from a 30,000 a year high school to a 60,000 undergraduate institution, it's the temerity to lecture others on the importance of diversity while doing so. Let's face it, the liberal message just sounds like it is coming out of district deacon's or dv7's considerable mouths. No wonder voters go the other way.

For every wnb/sig, there is a phdeac and a shoo. Your noise will sell with an obama, but not with a shillary.

I wonder what "loan" means?

So he loaned his campaign $45.7 million and spent $63.3 million of his own money. $12 million or so were expenses paid to related entities. Do you think the founder of Home Depot should shop at Lowes to avoid a conflict?

Aww, still smarting from that WSJ poll? Don't worry, you'll get them next time champ.

Giving someone a loan isn't spending your own money. "Expenses paid to related entities" = Donald Trump paying himself with your tax dollar. That should upset you.

You've got to admire the speed at which dems have come around to cyber security and government ethics rules. What was no where to be found in October suddenly becomes Job 1.

This is all just pub reverse psychology. The long game. Very well played.

Job 1 should definitely be making Trump a one term President.
