what is the ncaa doing? It's a joke they havent been punished already.

It took the NCAA 3+ years to drop the hammer on USC. Given the number of "prongs" invovled, it's going to take a while for them to sort through all this. I don't think the lack of punishment to this point means nothing is going to come the investigation.
