7 of State's 25 wins were against us.

Despite the beliefs of many around here, those numbers tend to show that we're not a top 4-5 ACC team, and we may not even be in the top half... yikes

Not recently, at least. And many here would put down other schools' accomplishments in the past as irrelevant.

We've not been since the end of the 05 season with the 09 fool's gold season being the exception.

That's one of the reasons Wellman was talking about changing our culture and strategy going forward. Bz may not work out but Wellman is taking us more toward the Odom model for our program.

Can't believe none of the Dinomites have pedaled out the "Number of times ranked #1" category or the "seasons with more than x regular season wins" category.

A big reason for our numbers being so low is because we basically took this year off.

even if we had done decent this year (say 7 acc wins) we would still be 7th in ACC wins and 9th in overall wins since 06-07

our overall wins total is much lower than the rest of the acc because we play a much harder schedule ooc than everyone except duke and unc.

Say we won 20 games this year and 10 in the ACC, just to grab some numbers for the sake of it... We're hovering around 6-7 territory.

God- we really suck. TJDK was so 2003. Now we are exactly what everyone always thought we were except for us.:tear:

Here, just whipped these up:

We should start scheduling some cupcakes, like Stetson or Presbyterian.

Oh, wait...

Take out Dino's 3 years and I am sure we are last in all categories by a wide margin.

That makes sense. Take out three years from a five year study. :rulz:

I probably should have worded that better. As bad as our total and ACC wins are there, they include 3 Dino years where we averaged 20 wins and 9 ACC wins per year.

Somehow I cemented a reputation as a "negative poster" during this stretch for being way too negative when things were supposedly not that bad.
