Oh very true, but even water lower than the bags would literally just go around into the 90% of the area not enclosed. There is literally a 10 foot gap on the backside there.

The water should theoretically only come through the gap in between the doors. Usually there are gaskets and rubber pieces around the bottoms and sides to help reduce air loss, so that should keep most of the water out too. The biggest area of leakage would be in between the two.
