of course not. Just make property taxes due in November and have the ballot on the same form you submit with your tax remittance.

Obviously, the only remedy is voting out the people who insured that your vote never has enough power to vote them out.

Wisconsin Dems are having to work hard to make sure the other side doesn't have super majority control. That's something you expect in a dumb state.
