Reset your life to any birthday: would you do it?

Imagine your life is a video game and you're the main player. The game automatically saves every year on your birthday.

At any time, you can choose to restart the game from any past birthday. You will remember what you did the first time, but no one else will.

Do you restart? Why? When?
 
So weird you brought this up. I think of this exact scenario from time to time. I would probably go back to my 8th birthday and the convince my family to bet money each year on the NCAA tournament and make us all rich. Like Biff in Back to the Future.
 
I don't know. There are some things I would do differently in my life, but I'm not sure I'd risk anything that might lead to me not married to my wife and father of my kid.
 
I really like my life at this point and wouldn't want to change a thing, but I definitely have some regrets I wish I could erase. There is one biggie that stands out to me, but that would require me to go back to my 16th b'day and would undoubtedly change the entire course of my life. I think at this point I have to say no since I am so happy now, but that would be a very tough decision.

He doesn't have a choice as to which birthday, but a similar concept.

Before I had kids I would have reset my life to my 18th birthday in a heartbeat. At this point though, no way I wish my kids out of existence.
 
Didn't realize this was a serious thread. These responses are like a "Would you?" thread in which everybody says, "She's hot, but I just couldn't do that to my wife and kids."
 
I'm pretty happy where I am in life right now. I would go back to yesterday morning and put money on a safety being the first score of the Super Bowl, but that's about it.
 
I'd definitely go back to my most previous birthday, December 31st.

Stock Market, sports betting, etc. ($$)

I've got 3 kids as well, so I'd just go back six months to my previous birthday, keep the kids and blow out the stock market and sportsbooks.
 
i would go back to 16 or 18 probably fo sho
 
Yeah I'd defs drop back to 16, I feel pretty confident I could still meet/make friends with anyone I know now.
 
I wouldn't want to have to do high school or college again. I'd go back a year so I could bet on things where I knew the outcome.
 
i'd reset to last year, probably. I'm pretty cool with how everything's played out so far, but would appreciate the betting opportunities.
 
I'd go back to my 13th birthday back in 1962. I mean, it would suck that my kids and stepkids might not exist anymore because I like them and stuff, but my aunt made an awesome fucking cake that year. Strawberry frosting with cinnamon apple crumbles. Still think about it to this day. She never made it again because she went to jail for moving animal organs across the Canadian border less than a year later. Also, I'd tell Nicole not to marry OJ.
 
Not sure betting would work out that well... Chaos theory plus randomness, etc.
