Restaurants for graduation weekend

Milner's is my favorite restaurant in Winston.

I was always amazed at the number of nice restaurants in WS, although if you aren't a fan of southern homestyle you might disagree.

My favorite restaurant in Reynolda Gardens closed. The Vine?

Hmm, I thought the food at Meridian was pretty good.

Stay away from Noma and H&H unless you're desperate though/everything else is already booked.

It is possible I hit them on an off night. Appetizers were pretty decent. My fish was bland. My girlfriends steak tasted like breakfast sausage. I had very high hopes for Meridian and it just didn't pan out for me, good service though.

Cities and Nobles above all else. I used to like Copelands when it was still in its prime before the closure. Did anything take their place?

Ryan's is definitely solid and have heard good things about Fabian's. Is Noble's still around or did that shut that location down? If you don't want to spend a lot and still get good food, I like Diamondbacks as well.

The High Point Noble's is shuttered but the WS one is still open. That would be a good choice. I have been to H&H a couple of times, the last few when I had no other options, and the food has consistently disappointed.
