2. The actual quote was corrected today during the UNC-Lousiville telecast to reflect that he said that this team is the "least EXPERIENCED talent" that he has ever had.
3. The problem is not overall talent, it is the distribution of talent. The team only had three wing players and two of them are sitting on the bench (Tokoto is the third). The talent level on the inside is fine but its hard to run a good inside game when there is no outside shooting threat. Moreover, this forces McAdoo and Paige, probably UNC's two best players, to be forced to play out of position to cover up those losses. Finally, this means that true freshman Nate Britt is forced into the role of starting PG so that Paige can play the now vacated two spot. So...yeah...the distribution of talent is actually a major issue.

Not to belabor a relatively minor point but Nate Britt is coming off a season long injury and did not even average 10 points a game in high school. He's not your average 5 star Carolina PG recruit. He's a 3 star guy who was supposed to be a back up or third stringer for at least the next two years. A "glue guy" if you will.

Not to belabor a relatively minor point but Nate Britt is coming off a season long injury and did not even average 10 points a game in high school. He's not your average 5 star Carolina PG recruit. He's a 3 star guy who was supposed to be a back up or third stringer for at least the next two years. A "glue guy" if you will.
