went to the casino on saturday night and lost $2k in an hour playing craps on the $15 minimum table. that is almost impossible to do and yet there i was. there was a stretch when i would guess one out of every three rolls was a seven. we had too many people to switch tables but probably should have just split up.

thankfully roulette luck got me back to only like $800 down.

Curious from someone who isn't a gambler. How do you feel being $800 down?

i love casinos/gambling so that falls into the "acceptable losses" category. the last four times i went i won money so i was due for a bad night. $2k i could live with in vegas/harrahs new orleans but not in shitty ass maryland. glad it didn't end there.

Roulette? I've seen some interesting strategies for the game but never felt the payoffs/edges were right to justify playing for more than super cheap minimums? What were you betting? Thirds?

I was wasted and putting $20 on five to eight numbers per spin. Hit a few times within ten or so spins so i was good to go.
 
What's better than a Monday morning with a game amongst old friends and gouda?
