Stupid fucking statements like this are why the Democrats are losing. You say that you are over 40 years old and have a family....and then make ridiculous irresponsible statements like this? They believe that condition is what caused him to completely and violently change character and kill his family.

Yes. I am in total favor of yelling at public officials. Yell at them outside their office. Yell at them outside their homes. Shame them in public. The more the better.

I have no problem with shouting them down at events or in the Capitol or leaving peacefully from a restaurant, but when you start following them home and more, really bad things can happen. If going to their homes and shaming them with their families often, violence is virtually inevitable and that's wrong.

Plus, going overboard can easily turn a totally repugnant person into a sympathetic one.

People who voted for Trump and still support him have zero credibility to lecture Democrats on public harassment and bullying, period. It's like being called ugly by a frog.

Yes, if the last few years have proven anything it's that American democracy is and has been heavily reliant upon good faith actors who acknowledged, respected, and upheld our institutional norms (for example having peaceful transitions of power following an election - there is no roadmap on how to proceed if after a loss an elected official refuses to acknowledge the results of the election and won't leave the position). Without this good faith there are glaring weaknesses in our federal government. Hey, we had a good run though.

To stay topical in this thread while also responding to a point you’re making here, the landmark SCOTUS case Trump v. Booker (U.S. 2021) will probably hold that a person cannot take office (and subsequently the incumbent removed) until elections are verified by the FEC.

Like the big joke about me killing my father-in-law? The Loony Left certainly has a strange sense of humor if it thinks accusing people of murder on public forums is a joke. And the more distraught, unhinged & outraged it becomes, the more bizarre their "jokes" become. Was Maxine Waters just joking when she said that everyone should harass her political opponents "anywhere & everywhere"? She didn't look like she was joking to me

Was Trump joking when he said he’d pay legal fees for his supoorters who rough up protestors at his rallies? Trying to figure out how your double standards apply themselves.

When people physically protest in the way people protested at Trump rallies, they invite physical violence against themselves. It is unfortunate if it happens, but it is almost inevitable if they push it far enough.....and there is an excellent chance that the people protesting at Trump rallies actually want violence to happen. Also, they knew they could count on the Liberal Media to distort whatever happened in a way that would make Trump look bad. That's what the Liberal Media did thruout the campaign...and what it is still doing today. Go to Yahoo, for example, and scroll down & read the headlines. They no longer even bother with trying to hide their bias. Or go to any public opinion poll on what the American people think about the credibility of the Media.

I prefer people use their First Amendment rights to confront people they disagree with. Republicans like BKF seem to prefer fists and Second Amendment Rights.
