Why did Collins call Ford a survivor if she doesn't credit Ford's story as "more likely than not" to have occurred?

Yes and I have a good one coming asking why the Libs seem to be concerned with bogus charges against a good person like Judge Kavanaugh but don't seem to be concerned at all with real charges against their own attorney general candidate & current House member & DNC head Keith Ellison who is a woman abuser. Nor were they ever concerned about the rape of Juanita Brodrick by then Prez candidate Bill Clinton and wife Hillary said it was no big deal on TV, yet went on the air to blast Kavanaugh. And of course we have Blonde in the Pond Teddy Kennedy who killed poor Mary Jo, had his cronies hide everything so as to not ruin his political reputation. Guess the Dems want it all their way on this kind of thing but never want their own dirty laundry aired, huh Biff?

Probably Gossett Jr if you live in the Triad and have liberal political leanings. We are busy trying to Make America Great Again around here and need great judges who will adjudicate the Constitution as it is meant to be from the bench & not make new law from it. With a 5-4 lean that will begin to happen now.

Rhetorical in the sense that I know the real answer from Collins: political convenience and so she seems to come off as if she cares. Real in the sense of how do you square those two statements within a few minutes of one another.

What specifically do you mean by "not make new law from it?" Can you provide an example?
 
Under Kavanaugh's interpretation of the 2nd amendment, you can buy a SAM, machine gun or nuke.
