As already stated by several people in this thread, that statement really just isn't true. Is he batting 100%? Nope, but neither are any other AD's in the nation.

Combine it with those successful coaches he ran off for whatever reason, followed by who he hired & their lack of success....
 
I'm waiting to see if Hatch and the Trustees grow a pair and rein Wellman in on the next job search. I think the days of winging it are over.
