Absolutely. But rebuilding at Wake Forest should never mean an 8 win season. It certainly shouldn't mean blowing away ACC records for awfulness. Maybe at Stetson. Not at Wake Forest.
 
I thought we improved a lot defensively over the course of last year but that was primarily due to the rapid improvement of devin inside. He was a foul machine in high school. Not so much in college. Usually it's the opposite. A lot of that is coaching boys and girls. Our 3pt defense sucked all year though. We didn't learn how to help and switch and still get out and defend the 3. Some if that is athleticism (e.g. Cj) some of it is effort and coaching. Rountree was the only guy that covered well. Mckie improved on it I admit
