Straight arms to head and facemask by the offense

However, things would be much better if refs would at least call offensive facemask when it occurs.

Unfortunately just like on pass interference, the offense gets away with much more than the defense. Offense can lower their helmet to run over people and lead with the head, but if a defensive player leads with the head it is a personal foul & possible ejection.
