Tedious Tasks That Take Waaaaaaay Longer Than Anticipated

Answering emails and voicemails after a vacation
 
Assembling "Santa Claus" presents on Christmas Eve
 
75% of my time goes to one client that is super anal about timesheet comments (aka they ask for refunds if the time isnt documented strictly), and the rest of my time is spent between anywhere between 5-10 clients. i really need to just be better about doing it each day, but that's annoying.
