Tennis

Sweet win for Borna. One more win, and he probably gets Joker...

Coco was being a brat. The German girl was more in the right.
big time disagree

Coco didn't say anything until the third set after the german girl had been messing around the whole match, including a super long layover, walking to the opposite service box for each new set of balls on her serve, not getting set up to return

it was her way of compensating for the deficit in talent but she took it too far

yea, Coco didn't say anything until then because she was in trouble. Coco should have dominated her, she's 36 years old. it's up to the umpire to call a violation. it was not right for the german girl to be boo'd off the court, she played incredibly well.

why can the german girl play the game but Coco can't?

she talked to the ump and it worked: got the serve time violation to win the game soon thereafter

Not sure - I think we have general admission, not sure about any stadium seating.
looks like you can check our Monfils and Warinka with a grounds pass tomorrow

Several other good players — watch for where the crowd is going to watch the exciting matches on smaller courts

What?!? Coco was up 3-0 and serving in the 3rd set. She wasn't in trouble. As for leaving it up to the umpire and not complaining, did you not see Siegemund complain to the umpire 3 times prior? Despite the umpire not penalizing her, only warning her about the delaying tactics? The umpire then penalized (no warning) Coco for serving while Siegemund was taking too much time to get ready. That is what prompted Coco's outburst.

Sounds like we have grandstand seats afterall.
right on — grandstand is open to everyone with a grounds pass, but they also have reserved seats too, which is what it sounds like you have

Louis Armstrong is the same: you can access the upper general admission areas on a first come first serve basis

anywhere but Ashe, though Armstrong can be tough for higher profile matches without reserved tix

I’d try to see Sinner in LA early and Medvedev tonight

Sonego and Sinner in Armstrong
Svitolina in Armstrong
Medvedev in Armstrong
Mmoh Isner in Grandstand
Monfils Rublev Grandstand (this could be fantastic)
Jabeur Grandstand
Wawrinka Ct 17
Berretini Ct 5
Michelsen Ct 5
Hurcasz Ct 12
Ct 12 has a bunch of fun doubles matches
Eubanks/Shelton dubs on Ct 7 vs 1 seed (this could be super fun)
