That'sa One Crazy Pope-a!

I don't understand your point. It can be true that he both accepted a head position in an organization with a history of corruption and impropriety and also that he aims to eliminate those problems in the future.

This is like saying no POTUS could ever be a reformer because he accepted the head position in a country that needs reforming.

To the first part, I don't disagree, I was just trying to express my frustration with the hypocritical finger-wagging.

To the second part, I do disagree. It may be due to a lack of knowledge/interest, but I don't recall everyday Catholics across the globe clamoring for change to this point of view. I'm certain they don't get to vote to elect the pope.
